Returns Guide

You can return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for reasons of i) cancellation of contract, ii) defect, or iii) exchange for different size or colour, as defined in Paragraph 8.1 of the Terms & Conditions.

Goods returned must be in their original condition. They must not have been worn nor washed.

You will meet the cost of return of goods which will be your responsibility until they are received in the LF Markey warehouse.

If goods have been returned because you have cancelled our contract (see Paragraph 8.1 (a) & (b) of Terms & Conditions), we will refund the amount paid (including delivery charges) by credit card refund.

If goods have been returned because of defect (see Paragraph 8.1 (c) of Terms & Conditions), we will examine the returned goods and, if defect is confirmed, we will notify you by email and refund the amount paid (including delivery charges) by credit card refund.

If goods have been returned for exchange for a different size or colour, we will despatch the new goods in accordance with the Delivery Guide.
